Depending on the project, post-construction cleaning is sometimes done in one pass, sometimes in two. We'll talk through your situation and recommend honestly.

Rough clean

Performed mid-project or right after major construction wraps. Focuses on heavy debris, bulk dust removal, and getting the space workable for final trades — painters, flooring crews, installers. Not a finish clean, but essential for larger jobs.

Final clean

The detail pass before move-in or property handoff. Every surface addressed, fine dust chased out of vents and trim, stickers and labels removed, glass polished. The clean that makes the space genuinely ready to hand over.

Yes. We regularly coordinate with general contractors, renovation firms, and builders to schedule cleans as part of project handover. We can work around your trades, be on site for inspections, and invoice directly to the contracting entity when needed.

Ideally after all construction trades are finished and the space is empty — painters, flooring, trim, fixtures — but before the owner moves in or furniture is delivered. For larger projects, a mid-project rough clean plus a final clean works best.

It depends entirely on size and condition. A single renovated room might take a few hours. A full home or a commercial build-out can be a one-day or multi-day project. We'll give you a realistic estimate after a walk-through so scheduling actually works.

No — that's the whole point of hiring us instead of doing it in-house. We use products safe for new paint, unsealed grout, delicate finishes, and hardwood. If something needs gentler treatment, we adjust.

We handle fine debris, leftover packaging, dust, and small waste that naturally comes up during cleaning. Large-scale debris removal — pallets, lumber, dumpster loads — is typically handled by the GC or a junk-removal service. We'll coordinate so the lines are clear.
