Deep cleaning for sofas, armchairs, mattresses, rugs, and wall-to-wall carpet across Lee County. A small, careful team — no rushed jobs, no over-wet fabric left to grow mildew. Just a proper deep clean.
Soft surfaces hold onto everything. Years of spills, skin cells, pet dander, pollen tracked in from outside, and fine Florida dust all settle into fibers that a household vacuum was never going to get out. It's the reason a sofa starts to feel different after a few years — not because it's worn out, but because it's full.
What we do is pull all of that out. Hot-water extraction on carpets and rugs, the right method for each type of upholstery fabric, and careful drying so nothing gets left damp in the Florida humidity. The result is a sofa that feels like yours again and carpets that look the way you remember them looking when you first moved in.
If it's fabric and it's in your home, chances are we can clean it. If we're ever unsure a specific piece can be safely cleaned, we'll tell you honestly before we start.
Cleaning soft surfaces the wrong way can cause more problems than it solves. Two things we always get right: the right method for the fabric, and the right amount of moisture for the Florida climate.
Not every fabric handles water the same way. Some need hot-water extraction. Some need a dry or low-moisture method to prevent shrinkage or watermarks. We check the tag, assess the piece, and pick the right approach before we start — not while we're halfway through.
In Florida, fabric left too wet can grow mildew within days. We extract as much moisture as possible and bring air movers when a surface needs help drying properly. You'll get real dry times up front — not a vague "a few hours."
"I was ready to replace our sectional — two dogs, three years, and a lot of life on it. After Elite cleaned it, it looked and smelled new. They also told me honestly which stains weren't going to come out, which I appreciated."

Carpets typically dry in 4–8 hours. Upholstery usually dries in 2–6 hours depending on fabric and thickness. Mattresses are similar. We use proper extraction and air movers when needed so nothing stays damp long enough to cause problems.
Most of the time, yes — especially fresh or recent incidents. Older stains that soaked into the padding underneath are tougher; we'll usually get them to fade significantly but may not make them disappear completely. We'll be straight with you about expectations before starting.
Yes. Once fabric is dry, everything is safe to use again. If you or someone in your home has specific sensitivities — fragrance, allergens, certain chemicals — tell us ahead of time and we'll adjust the products accordingly.
Yes — but they need different handling than standard microfiber. We check the care tag, test a small spot if we're unsure, and use a dry or low-moisture method where appropriate. If a piece genuinely shouldn't be wet-cleaned at all, we'll say so up front.
Once a year for most homes. More often for households with kids, pets, or heavy use. Mattresses are fine every 1–2 years. We'd rather give you an honest recommendation based on what we see than put you on a schedule.
It depends on what you need cleaned and the condition. A single sofa is different from a full sectional, and 200 sq ft of carpet is different from a whole house. Tell us what you've got — we'll give you a clear quote with no surprises on job day.
Send a photo or just describe what you're dealing with — the piece, the fabric, any stains or concerns. We'll follow up with an honest quote and realistic expectations.
