Driveways & walkways
Concrete, pavers, stamped concrete, and brick — years of tire marks, oil spots, and embedded dirt lifted out carefully.
Driveways, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, and home exteriors washed by a small local team that genuinely cares about the result. Based in Estero, serving Lee County homes and properties.
There are a lot of pressure washing crews in Southwest Florida. Most of them do a fine job. But "fine" is exactly what we're not trying to be. We started Elite Team Services because we noticed how often corners get cut — paint chipped off the side of a house, screens torn on a lanai, plants left wilted from chemical runoff, or streaks left behind on a driveway because someone was in a hurry to get to the next job.
We're a small team, and we like it that way. It means the person who answers your call is the same person who walks your property and often the same person running the wand. That keeps the quality exactly where it should be — not diluted across a dozen crews we don't really know.
We won't be the cheapest option. We'll be the one you call back.
If it's exterior and it's collecting Florida grime, we can probably help. If we're not sure a surface can be safely washed without damage, we'll tell you honestly — sometimes the right answer is a soft-wash, sometimes it's a gentle scrub, and sometimes it's leaving well enough alone.
Concrete, pavers, stamped concrete, and brick — years of tire marks, oil spots, and embedded dirt lifted out carefully.
Travertine, pavers, and screened lanai floors cleaned with pressure matched to the surface, never at full blast.
Stucco, siding, and soffits soft-washed so the house gets clean without losing paint or damaging seams.
Wood, vinyl, PVC, and painted block walls — each approached differently because they need different treatment.
Tile and shingle roofs soft-washed to remove algae streaks and black stains. Gutters rinsed out from the outside.
Clubhouse pool decks, walkways, entrances, and common areas — on a schedule that keeps the property looking right.
Plenty of what pressure washers call "pressure washing" is really the wrong tool for the job. High PSI on stucco can strip paint. On a tile roof, it can crack tiles or force water under them. On a painted fence or soffit, it can do real damage that costs more to fix than the wash itself.
Soft-washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solutions to lift mold, mildew, and algae without hurting the surface underneath. For roofs, stucco siding, and painted exteriors, it's simply the correct approach — and it delivers longer-lasting results than a high-pressure blast.
We don't have a complicated process. We show up when we said we would, look at what actually needs washing, protect what shouldn't get wet, do the work carefully, and walk it with you before we leave.
Before we start, we walk the property with you — or take a careful look on our own if you're at work. We note any fragile spots, damaged paint, loose screens, or anything that shouldn't be sprayed.
Plants and landscape beds get pre-rinsed so cleaning solution doesn't sit on them. Outdoor furniture, grills, and decor get moved or covered. Screens and outlets get a wide berth.
Pressure and solution matched to each surface. Slow, overlapping passes instead of a single fast blast. No skipped corners, no "good enough" edges along the walls.
Runoff rinsed down, landscape beds watered again, hoses and equipment packed away. The property looks like we were there only because the surfaces are noticeably cleaner.
Before we leave, we'd rather you see it and tell us something's off than find it the next day. If anything needs a second pass, we handle it right then.
Florida is hard on outdoor surfaces. Humidity, heavy rain, salt air, heat, and sun — all working on your concrete, stucco, and paint year-round. We know what they leave behind.
Those dark streaks on roofs and stucco walls are biological — not dirt. We treat them at the source so they don't come back in a month.
Shaded spots, north-facing walls, and pool-deck perimeters hold moisture. We address the buildup carefully so it lifts cleanly.
Lanai screens damage easily under high pressure. We work around them carefully — and never spray directly at them.
If your pavers are sealed, we'll treat them gently. If they need resealing after washing, we'll let you know so it's on your radar.
If a driveway is beyond pressure washing and really needs replacement or resurfacing, we'll say so. If a wood fence is too far gone, same. We'd rather lose one job than take money to do something that won't hold up.
If you ask for a driveway wash, we'll quote a driveway wash. If we notice your soffits also need attention, we'll mention it, give you a price, and leave it up to you — no pressure, no guilt, no "today only" bundles.
We walk every job with you before we leave for a reason. If you notice anything afterward — a missed spot, a concern about a plant, anything — call or text and we'll come back. That's not a policy, it's just how we run.
"The driveway and pool deck look ten years younger. What I appreciated most was how careful they were — they moved every single planter, watered the beds before and after, and walked the whole property with me when they were done."
Don't see yours here? Just call or text — we're happy to walk you through anything before you commit.
It depends on surface size, condition, and what's being washed — a small driveway is different from a whole-home exterior. We'll come take a look (or review photos you send us), give you an honest quote, and hold it. No surprise upsells on job day.
It can — which is exactly why we don't use high pressure on surfaces that aren't built for it. Stucco, painted siding, soffits, and roofs get soft-washed with low pressure and cleaning solutions that lift grime without stripping anything.
We pre-rinse and post-rinse landscape beds so nothing concentrated sits on the plants. With the precautions we take, plants and pets are fine. If you have sensitive plants or specific concerns, tell us before we start and we'll plan around them.
A driveway might be an hour or two. A pool deck, maybe half a day. A full home exterior soft-wash with driveway and walkways can be the better part of a day. We'd rather take the time to do it right than rush.
Not the whole time. We'd like a few minutes with you at the start to walk the property and a few minutes at the end to walk through it together. In between, you're welcome to go about your day.
Yes — we run off a standard outdoor hose spigot. If your property has unusual water access or a well system, just let us know when we quote and we'll plan accordingly.
In Southwest Florida, most homes benefit from a driveway and exterior wash once a year. Pool decks and north-facing walls that hold moisture may want more frequent attention. Roofs depend entirely on the kind of algae growth you're seeing — we'll give you an honest read when we visit.
Send us a few photos or just tell us what you're dealing with. We'll come take a look, give you an honest quote, and leave you time to think it over — no pressure.
